Return/Replacement Policy:

A)Conditions under which return/replacement of order(s) will be accepted:

  1. Wrong product delivered.
  2. Expiry dated product delivered.
  3. Product delivered has been damaged/tampered during transit. Partial order delivered.Please Note: We may ask for order(s) photographs to investigate.
    If customer requests for refund against replacement, then refund will be processed for that particular order.

B) Conditions under which return/replacement of order(s) will not be accepted:

  1. Opened/ used/ altered products.
  2. Original packaging is missing.
  3. The return/replacement request is generated after 5 days from the date of delivery.

Cancellation/Refund Policy:

  1. Only order(s) not yet shipped can be cancelled.

  3. The company reserves the right to cancel any order due to product non-availability, non-serviceable pin code etc. In such cases, all prepaid orders will be refunded.
